The first time we met,

I didn’t expect we became friends

Until we met each other again

And again.

The first time I saw you dancing

It’s like a dream come true

It seems that my world turns around

I really admire you on that night

Saying that it was a great move

That makes me feel something different

Your dance makes my eyes spark

Together to the fast beating of my heart

And feel something different

And just knowing that I already like you

Until you had chat and text me

And we decided to enter a different chapter in our life

Sharing sweet words together

And hoping that we will meet each other again

I love the way you look at me

I love how you smile when I’m around

I love the way we argue over little things

I love the times when we’re together

I love the way you text at me

I love the way you care for me

I love the way we chat

I love it when you make me feel speechless

Thank you for letting me feels those kinds

I learned many things because of you

I remember the times when we spent together

You always made my day complete

You ma me feel special

You make me perfect

(The role of teacher in nation building)

“Teacher is a maker of man. He is foundation of all Education, and thus of the whole civilization of mankind, present and future. No nation reconstruction is possible without the active cooperation of the teacher.” - John Adams 

          A teacher is a simply person who has the occupation of teaching or who guides, inspires the life of a student? Both questions are answered yes. But a teacher can be rightly called a nation builder. Teachers through their perseverance love and sacrifices have shown us the right path in which great men have built our nation. It is our dear teachers who mould our character, our personality and show us the right direction which leads us to our final destination. 

          Teachers change the world of one child at a time. According to Ann Lieberman, great teachers empathize with kids, respect them, and believe that each one has something special that can be built upon. Because teachers are the source of our knowledge. Without teachers, our world will not be progress because teachers are the ones who mould us since we were a child and teach us how to be a good person in this world. Teachers make an other professions are possible. They will teach and develop our emotional, physical and spiritual skills.

          A teacher has many things to consider like having objectives, purpose/goal and guidelines. Being able to have an effective learning among your students, you must have a perfect target in order for them to enhance their learning.

But all of us can be a teacher as long as we shared our own ideas with others. A person who thought anything to other person can be called already a teacher.

          As a student teacher, I can already share and teach others of what I have learned from my teachers before until now. I need to do something with my life that I will be able to learn, something that can enable me to give back to the community in a more useful way. I love children and to teach them would be such a satisfying career for me to undertake.

“DMC celebrating the 7^th College Day’s Brawl 2014”

            The college of nursing had proclaimed the overall championed in the 7^th college day’s brawl 2014 while the Allied Medical Sciences ranked 1^st runner up and was followed by the unified team.

            DMC College Foundation was celebrated last February 21-22 had a big impact to their institution for setting a new history of DMC. The two days events bring up to the highest level of fun, excitement, and enjoyment of all students, faculties, and all part of the institution.

            On the first day morning, there was a mass held at the cathedral and was followed by a parade by every team: Graduate school, SBA, HRM, CCS, Unified team, AMS and BSN. The opening program started after the parade. In the afternoon, the ball games had started until the night came; the most awaited part was the ADC night (Aerodance, Dancesport, Cheerdance) competition which was very exciting to see them with talents and beautiful costumes.

            The school of HRIM had won the first in aerodance and dancesport while the College of Computer studies placed second of aerodance and dancesport but they grabbed the first place in cheerdance competition. Ranking third in the dancesport and cheerdance competitions is the college of nursing. The Allied Medical Sciences placed second in the cheerdance competition and ranked third in the aerodance competition.

            On the second day, the ball game was still continued until the pageant night of Mr. DMC had come. Almost all the games won by the Unified Team: Basketball (Men and Women), Volleyball (Men and Women), Walkathon (Men), and Banner Raising. The champion of the futsal, jolliest team and face painted was the school of business and accountancy. The allied medical sciences won the table tennis (Men) and walkathon (Women) and the school of HRIM won the lawn tennis (Women). For the quiz bowl, the college of nursing was the championed.
